Heated Probes
Atmo-Seal Engineering, Inc. manufactures
heated sample extraction probes for use in gas and diesel sampling; stack
testing and process monitoring. Our heated probes heat your sample and keep it
hot to eliminate condensation or hydrocarbon hang-up. Our typical operating
range is up to 500 F, but higher temps are available for more extreme applications.

Gaseous Sampling and
Particulate Probes
At Atmo-Seal, Inc., we know the life of an emissions probe
is a dirty one. Our probes are made from the highest quality stainless steel,
both inside and out. Our probes may be electro-polished and are designed for
both gaseous and particulate sampling; method five sampling and standard stack &
CEM applications.
We also offer probes designed with all Teflon wetted parts for the most corrosive conditions.
Mounting may be from a bolt on flange, sanitary flange, NPT or ISO threads. The mounting flange may be either fixed or adjustable, allowing for differing tunnel diameters and engagements.
Our heated probes carry a full 18 month limited warranty, too!
Options
Popular options include an
integrated calibration gas tube; your choice of mounting configurations;
multiple sample tubes, straight, 45 degree or 90 degree bends and of course,
voltage, temperature, media and sensor types. All of our heated products
interface easily with our heated sample lines.
