Pressure Compensating Stainless Steel Latches

The AquaVault utilizes three, spring-loaded stainless steel latches to secure the front view port. Each latch is individually attached and matched to the lens cradle for the best possible fit. Unlike conventional latches that secure a lens at a fixed dimension from the "O" ring seal, these latches apply additional pressure to the lens as depth increases.

Our latch wings rotate and fold down, making their accidental opening almost impossible and have the added benefit of compensating for minor mis-alignments. All-in-all, we believe that our latch system is one of the finest and most full-proof on the market today!
