The following information deals with our return, warranty and other "leglese" we're advised to post by our lawyers. As always, you may e-mail us with any questions you may have at sales@atmoseal-eng.com.
We here at Atmo-Seal Engineering want you, our customer,
to be satisfied! We will try to solve any problems you may have with the AQV-1. We have
also included a large volume of information on the AQV-1 at this site and in our
literature. Please review it carefully and contact us with any questions you may
have before or after placing your order.
In the event that you do need to return your unit you will receive a full refund,
including the price of shipping the unit via ground service to you. (Sorry, we cannot refund the full shipping price on priority shipments.) You will be responsible for return postage.
Please call before hand or notify us via e-mail before returning a unit.
You will receive specific instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
All units must arrive in original condition. Please do not remove the protective
skin from your lens(es) until fit and function have been established. Units that
have been "splashed" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS!
(This may seem a bit harsh, but you do not know how many "customers" have tried to
purchase a unit, take it on their vacation to tape their once-a-year dive trip, and
return their AquaVault for a full refund.)
Units will be accepted for a full refund under the following conditions:
Does not fit the camcorder (Please include the model and make of your camcorder
with your return request so we may verify. We reserve the right to make slight
adjustments or minor repairs, free of charge, if needed to ensure a proper fit and
function for
your camcorder. We will make these adjustments with the utmost in expedience, after
all, getting you to videotape your dives is goal!)
Fails to operate the pause button . (Again, the above conditions apply.)
Does not operate in an unforeseen manner, (per our discretion, the above conditions
still apply.)
All packages shipped by Atmo-Seal are insured against damage! If your package
arrives damaged, please contact the delivery company (UPS or USPS in most cases)
so they may inspect the package immediately! Please notify us if an item arrives damaged!
When returning an item, please purchase insurance on the package and follow
ALL PACKAGING GUIDELINES outlined by your delivery company! Do not assume that our
packaging meets your shipping company's criteria for packaging. If your AQV-1 returned
damaged to us, you may not be entitled to a full refund. We suggest you insure any
package being returned to us to avoid a possible loss of refund.
Modification of your unit in any way may void or eliminate your ability to recieve a
refund. Please do not alter, damage or modify your AQV-1 if you plan to return it.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or comments reguarding the
AQV-1 or any other product or service offered by Atmo-Seal Engineering.
Refunds shall be made by either a credit to your charge card and/or company check at
our discretion.The items in question must be back at our facility prior to a refund
being issued.You are responsible for any/all interest, premiums or service charges
associated with your individual credit card purchase.
We assume no responsibility for any additional loss of funds or earnings; time,
information or data; peripheral equipment,; life or injury, or any other damages
associated with either this product, it's delivery date, use, mis-use and/or abuse.
We reserve the right to reject any product that has been damaged, mis-used, abused
or otherwise altered. Please note: Units which have scratches on the rear lens cannot
be returned for a full refund. We may issue a partial credit if a refund is desired. Please, take extra
care to protect the rear lens, it is not replaceable.
Well, glad that's over with! Please realize that our ultimate goal is the satisfaction
of all or our customers and clients and that we will work hand-in-hand with you to leave
you happy and satisfied with both our company and our products!
Custom housings are non-refundable. A credit may be issued at our discretion.
