Every AQV-1 Housing goes through a multi-point inspection to verify that our standards of Quality are being met on every unit. These include, but are not limited to, the following steps and inspection points:
Pressure checked to 200 ft., in our pressure chamber, with the actual "O" ring shipped with the unit.
Universal Stop/Start Actuator checked and repeatedly triggered to insure proper performance (if applicable).
Visual inspection of the "glued and screwed" rear lens seal for any signs of deflection and/or dis-adhesion.
Visual inspection of all parts and components including mounting plate & fasteners; weight system; paint quality; lens cradle fit and "O" ring groove.
In addition, the following steps are taken to assure a quality product during manufacture:
Only skilled, machinists meeting OUR criteria are used for cutting the sealind surfaces and "O" ring groove(s) on all of our products.
All latches are individualy located by hand to provide the most secure and even pressure around the lens cradle.
Each lens cradle is marked to assure it's proper re-alignment every time.
Each unit is seralized upon receiving of your order. This number is used to track your AQV-1 through the entire manufacturing process. All persons working on your unit are required to check off all inspections and procedures as the unit goes from ordering, trough manufacturing and to shipment.
A final inspection is conducted by a trained individual to look for any flaws prior to shipment.

THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO PARTS AND LABOR ON THE ABOVE LISTED ITEM(S) AND DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PERIPHERAL ITEM(S), EQUIPMENT OR ACCESSORIES DAMAGED WHILE USING THE ABOVE LISTED PRODUCTS, EVEN IF THESE ITEM(S) WERE DAMAGED AS A DIRECT RESULT OF POOR WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS ON OUR PART. WE FURTHERMORE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITYES FOR FUNDS, INCOME, TIME OR INFORMATION LOST DUE TO THE PROPER OR IMPROPER USE OF THIS PRODUCT AND/OR DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR AS A DIRECT OR INDIRECT RESULT OF POOR QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS USED ON OUR PART. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON OR THEIR PROPERTY WHILE USING THE ABOVE NAMED PRODUCT OR ANY RELATED PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPLACE AND.OR REPAIR ANY ANY ITEM OR DENY A CLAIM BASED ON THE GROUNDS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT OR IMPROPER USE OF THIS PRODUCT AT ANT TIME DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
